How does the calibration work?

Yes. Cloak AI operates strictly within platform rules, game policies, and terms of service. It does not inject code, modify game files, or automate gameplay.

It refines your local system telemetry and input environment, eliminating background jitter and optimizing display response curves for absolute clarity.

Our architecture is optimized for Xbox consoles, Windows 11 environments, and Nvidia-powered PC configurations, ensuring zero-latency calibration.

Private early access is rolling out incrementally to waitlisted players. Founders and Labz members will receive priority deployment keys.

How do I install?

Once purchased the download link will be sent to your email, from there you simply extract the zip to a desktop folder and start the install batch file and run the application.

What if I receive errors during install?

The errors will show in the command log, if any errors do show up simply copy the errors in the log and send them to our support email and our team will look into the issue for you as soon as possible.

Can I connect a Cronus Zen?

Yes! our system has a built-in bridge to communicate with the Cronus Zen entirely, all you have to do is connect your Cronus Zen to your computer via its programming port. connect the bridge then unplug the Cronus Zen and set it up with your controller. once you are on remote play with your controller set up, plug the programming cable back in and you are all set!

Can this run off just a capture card?

You will need a Windows 11 PC or laptop with an NVIDIA graphics card. For this method, simply connect your capture card to your console so the console’s display is shown on your PC. Open Elgato or your preferred capture software to view the live stream, then connect the Cronus Zen. From there, all joystick movement is passed through the Zen using our proprietary bridge, allowing the system to translate and route controller input through the setup.

Do we offer support?

We do our best to support our users as much as possible. However, because we are currently a small veteran-owned business, we do not yet offer dedicated support or 24/7 support access. We are actively working toward growing our team and hiring support staff so we can continue improving the experience for every user.

What to do if your controller starts acting up?

What you are experiencing likely is dual input. simply go to your device manager, scroll down to Xbox peripherals and select the Xbox 360 virtual controller that gets activated while the program is running. once there right click on the virtual controller and select disable device. it will prompt you to restart your pc, after you do so restart the program and the communication will be perfect again.
